We will only accept returns or exchanges on UNOPENED items. Due to the nature of our products, once the item has been opened from it's original packaging, it cannot be returned.
In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened vacuum sealed mylar bag where applicable).

Return shipping costs must be paid by customer and item returned within 30 days of original purchase. We are not responsible for any items lost or damaged during return transit.
