We will only accept returns or exchanges on UNOPENED items. Due to the nature of our products, once the item has been opened from it's original packaging, it cannot be returned.
In order to receive a full refund, the item must be unused, unopened and in its original and undamaged packaging (including unopened vacuum sealed mylar bag where applicable).
If you have an unopened product and would like to return or exchange it, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org within 7 days of your purchase to start the return process.
Return shipping costs must be paid by customer and received within 30 days of original purchase.
If for any reason your product arrives broken or damaged, please contact us immediately. Notification of any defect must be made within 14 days of purchase, outside of this time window your product will no longer be valid for exchange.
